Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what data the games of Playargo Games (operated by [Individual Entrepreneur — full legal name], Georgia) collect and why. We collect as little as possible.
1. Data we collect
- Game progress (level, money, settings) — in your browser; if you sign in, also on our game server.
- An anonymous player ID — created automatically so alliances, leaderboards and gifts work.
- A name you choose for leaderboards or alliances.
- Your account (optional) — if you sign up, your email address (or your Google account's email and name) and your saved progress. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase; we never see them. You can delete the account in the game: Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Gameplay statistics — features used, levels reached, errors, and the country (two-letter code) of your connection. We do not store your IP address.
- Feedback you send.
- Purchases — card details are handled only by our payment reseller; we receive what was bought, an order ID and the email given at checkout.
2. Why
To run the games and save progress, deliver purchases, fix bugs, improve the games and answer messages. We do not sell your data or show third-party advertising based on it.
3. Services we use
- Google Firebase (game server, sign-in, database)
- Cloudflare (hosting)
- itch.io (when you play there)
- Our payment reseller (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy)
4. Retention
Game data is kept while you play and deleted on request or after 24 months without activity. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
5. Your rights
Ask us to show, correct or delete your data at [email protected]. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU GDPR, Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection) you may complain to a data protection authority.
6. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
